Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement:
For curbside airport or train pickups only: When you arrive at your pickup location with ALL luggage in hand, please call 312.451.5860 and let us know so we can send the car forward to the terminal.
Baggage Meet & Greet: You do not need to call us unless you are unable to locate your driver.
Sedan and six-passenger SUV reservations for airport transportation may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. Reservations for charter or point-to-point transportation for vehicles for ten-passengers or more may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the reservation. Reservations for weddings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the reservation. Cancellations made later than that, or customer no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the quoted rate on your credit card.
Client Responsibility: All vehicles are non-smoking. It is of utmost importance that all clients act in a responsible manner to preserve the condition of the vehicles. The client is responsible for the actions of his/her guests in every regard to this agreement. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle or property caused by the client or party whether by accident, intent, or neglect. There is a fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Client assumes responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to be made to cover these or any other costs due and not collected at the end of the charter. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the confirmation. Our company and its drivers assume no responsibility for articles left in the vehicle, or for any illegal acts committed by the client during the rental. Alcohol consumption (in sedans and SUVs) and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the client. The driver has the right to terminate a run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand up through the sunroof. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Payments: Your credit card will be charged 1 day before reservation. Receipt will be sent to your email after service is completed. Additional charges apply for wait time, extra stops, extra luggage, extra passengers, etc. may also be added to the base amount. Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. All deposits are non-refundable. Xecutive Limo, Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. We cannot be held responsible for delays or reservation termination in winter caused be unsafe road conditions (i.e. unsalted, slick roads, accidents, etc.).
Please be aware that upon any infraction of this agreement, the driver has the option of returning to the point of pickup or ending the service at the point of infraction and all monies shall be forfeited. Our company cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unknown or unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed “Acts of God”.
